Freshly prepared classic meals from around the world.  Simple, tasty and cooked with love.  Sometimes family served to the table for everyone to dig in.  Includes wine.  Happy days.

Breakfast, afternoon tea and 3 course evening meal including wine.  5 nights – €275pp per week.  Evenings only €45pp per night.

 

 

Starters

 

  • Tomato and mozarella salad with a balsamic reduction.
  • Warm goats cheese apple beetroot salad
  • Thai lentil and coconut soup with fresh coriander.
  • Leek and potato soup with crusty bread.
  • Orange and pecan salad.
  • Warm leek tartlets.
  • Herb and garlic baked camemberts to share.
  • Warm nachos with melted cheese, creme fraiche and guacamole.
  • Savoyarde Tartine

Mains

 

  • Beef bourgignon with roasted root vegetables.
  • Spaghetti bolognese with mixed salad.
  • Lasagne with garlic bread and green salad.
  • Lamb and chickpea tagine with roast vegetable and sun dried tomato couscous.
  • Cottage pie with seasonal vegetables.
  • Chicken Cacciatore (Italian hunter’s stew) with buttered tagliatelli.
  • Thai green curry fish or chicken with steamed rice or vegetable noodles.
  • Chicken or fish jalfrezi with fragrant rice.
  • Savoyarde tartiflette with cured meats, pickles and green salad.
  • Chicken or beef burritos with fresh salsa salad. (Veggie version available too)
  • Home made chilli con carne with steamed rice and vegetable garnish.

Desserts 

  • Home made tiramisu
  • Home made bread and butter pudding.
  • Apple crumble with cream or creme anglaise.
  • Vanilla cheesecake.
